Recruitment is above all a matter of precision, the ability to find the perfect match between a personality, a professional project, a position, and a team. This is how Arthur defines his daily mission. Behind every interview, he seeks to establish a genuine dialogue rather than an interrogation, knowing that the choice must be mutual. Through his natural demeanor, attentive listening, and a touch of humor, he strives to ease candidates' stress, allowing them to sincerely reveal who they are and envision their future within the group.
His passion for hospitality is rooted in his five years of study at ESTHUA in Angers, where he earned a bachelor's degree in tourism and a master's degree in hotel management. Before turning to human resources, Arthur built his experience in the field, moving from the reception of a four-star establishment in Brittany to the concierge desk on the French Riviera. The desire to discover behind the scenes led him to Inwood Hotels for his master's internships, marking the beginning of an adventure that has now lasted for two and a half years. Since his arrival, he has notably taken on the stimulating challenge of opening Villa Miraé, our first seasonal property, by building the recruitment plan and the entire employee experience from scratch in a very limited timeframe.
Looking to the future, Arthur is committed to cultivating this employee experience over the long term. From the warm welcome during the Lover's Day onboarding to the Live my shift immersions, he encourages every talent to take an active role in their professional growth. Starting this fall, he will lead the new Inwood Mobility program, designed to highlight opportunities and facilitate internal mobility across our various hotels and regions. His ambition for the coming years is clear: to actively support the group's growth while preserving the human connection that is our strength. To all future talents, he offers a valuable piece of advice: be curious, dare to ask questions, keep learning, but above all, stay true to yourself.
