Every year, the HR team redoubles its imagination to surprise long-standing employees and new arrivals alike... In 2023, not one but two Staff Parties were held at the heart of two of Inwood Hotels' destinations. Over 200 employees gathered, some in Paris and others in Arcachon. This event, always eagerly awaited, is an opportunity for teams to get together and share a festive and convivial moment, away from the hotels!
In Paris, following on from the success of the previous edition, "Inwood sur Seine", we invited our teams to dress up in their finest tropical outfits and escape for an evening on the rooftop of the Mademoiselle Mouche barge. Located in the heart of Paris, this exceptional setting boasts a breath-taking view of the Eiffel Tower, while its flowery decor and palm trees take you on a tropical voyage.
The Parisian evening began with speeches by our Executive Director, Catherine Duvot-Cohen, and our owner and Chairman, Jean-Paul Bize. Between the retrospective of the beginning of the year and future projects, this moment also allowed us to look back on the recent acquisition of two new establishments and the establishment of Inwood in the South-East region: the Hôtel l'impérial Garoupe in Cap d'Antibes and The Hôtel la Malmaison in Nice. These inspiring projects herald a bright future for the Group and our Lovers!
Before enjoying the cocktail reception, the festivities began with a samba show, in which the more inspired among us were able to join in by sharing a few dance steps. Playful and competitive, our teams gave it their all in the Team Quiz. Karaoke also delighted the participants, who then headed for the dance floor hosted by the evening's DJ.
In Arcachon, the theme of the evening was "All glitter". Our staff gathered at the Hôtel de la Plage decked out in their finest outfits and accessories! A program also designed to delight guests. After a speech by Mr. Sébastien Bize, Regional Manager for South-West France, the guests enjoyed an aperitif and a magician, who impressed the staff throughout the evening!
We are delighted to have been able to share this moment with so many Inwood employees, and look forward to organizing new festivities for the teams joining us.
